Tallow Crafted Fries
At Tay's we do things differently—starting with the way we fry our fresh daily hand cut fries. Unlike most restaurants that use heavily processed seed oils, we craft our fries the old-fashioned way—in 100% beef tallow. This time-tested cooking method isn’t just about incredible flavor—it’s about better health, better quality, and better sustainability.
Unlike industrial seed oils, which are highly processed, prone to oxidation, and packed with inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids, beef tallow is a natural, stable, and nutrient-rich fat. It contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, supports heart health with stearic acid, and has a high smoke point, making it perfect for creating crispy, golden, deeply flavorful fries without harmful trans fats or rancid oils.

I adore Tay’s. As someone allergic to gluten, my burger options are few and far between. I haven’t had a proper burger in over a year, and this is amazing. Tays offers a good (!) gluten free bun and fries without seasoning, and they taste heavenly. The staff are so kind and will usually change gloves to touch my burger to be safe. Love love love. Frankly it’s life changing to have a (faster) food option.
Can’t say enough about this delicious place! Delicious cheeseburger & fries, have yet to try the rest of the menu but no doubt it’s just as great. Fresh ingredients, crispy fries, juicy burger, & yummy condiments/toppings. Owners are so respectful, thankful, & kind. Thank you, I’ll be coming often!!!
